Perth Palliative Companions is a Perth based team of passionate palliative care navigators, ready to guide you from Best Life to Best Death and everything you want to do in between.

We are a team of trained professionals who have worked in a number of different palliative settings. We have helped navigate many people from diagnosis, making memories right through till the end of their days with care planning to suit each individual's journey. 

We specialise in palliative care for those with dementia as this is a misunderstood area of care. Palliative Companions is dedicated to providing compassionate palliative care services that prioritise the comfort and well-being of our clients.

We believe in enhancing the quality of life for individuals and their families by offering personalised care and support. Our team is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we support.

Special Service

Perth Palliative Companions is the only Perth base palliative team to specialist in palliative care for those living with dementia. We work day in and day out with these clients and are specialists in the field of younger onset dementia. The navigation of care for those living with dementia should be the same as those diagnosed with cancer but due to the unknown and often drawn out trajectory along with communication or behavioural issues, it is not given the special attention required.
